Data Platformhub respects the personal data you share when browsing this site or requesting an audit engagement. This notice explains what we collect and why, in line with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, selected audit interest, and message. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Cookie preferences are stored in your browser when you accept or reject cookies.

Purposes

We use enquiry data to respond to your request, schedule scoping calls, and keep records of professional engagements. We use limited technical data to keep the site secure and understand aggregate traffic.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless a related engagement requires longer retention under our client file policy. Log data is typically rotated within 90 days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We disclose data when required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

Access and correction

You may request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you by emailing engagements@data-platformhub.digital. We respond within a reasonable time consistent with PDPO requirements.
